In order to change your child's meal preference for the following week, this form must be submitted by the end of the preceding Thursday.

Please note that changes take effect on a Monday.

All children in Years Reception, 1 and 2 are entitled to the Universal Free School Meal.

Meals must be paid for in advance each Monday. Please ensure your child's meal account does not go into arrears.
